We prepare seasonal course dishes using local specialties including brown beech mushrooms and konnyaku, and brand meat including Hida beef, Hida-kenton pork and Mino-kenton pork. As much as possible, we prefer to use local ingredients.

We serve "Hooba Miso," a traditional local food of Hida, boiled tofu, grilled fish, hot spring boiled egg, vegetable salad, pickles of Hida, nori laver, and miso soup. Have a delicious and nutritious breakfast at our large dining hall.

You can change the kind of meat (beef <-> pork <-> chicken) if you desire. Please state in the remarks column at the time of booking. However, please note that we cannot prepare vegetarian dishes and halal food.
